Liked: Great location and easy access to I-81. Plenty of parking. Free breakfast. The hotel was very clean and the room comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel appears in need of an update. I had stayed here several years ago. The room furnishings are outdated. Upon entering, my room had a nasty musty smell until I got the AC running. Terry at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming!

Disliked: The noise from slamming doors was unbelievable it sounded like cannon fire and was very triggering to me.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room felt very crowded. There was only one comfortable chair and the upholstery was torn. The sliding barn door for the bathroom is a yucky idea. Who ever thought that was a good plan?

Great place to stay near...

Liked: This is a great location if you are visiting Shenandoah University. It is directly across the street from campus. It is very nice, was very clean and the staff is super friendly. We have stayed there several times. I have only eaten the breakfast a couple times, but they had a good selection and the food was good.

Liked: Good coffee! Got fresh baked cookies in the evening. Price was comparable to others for the date and area. Staff was excellent. Room was up to Hampton inn standards, clean and comfortable
Disliked: It would be nice to have a small lobby bar for a drink before bed.
