Huge overpriced disappointment

Liked: The lobby was nice and breakfast was ok
Disliked: The room was disgusting the desk chair had pieces of meat on it, the mirror was streaky, light switch covers has something smeared on them, there was obvious dirt/clay or something like it on the hall floor and carpet. The desk chair was absolutely filthy on the arms as well. Told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care.
