A1 staff especially the kitchen lady - her name was Shamisi or Bebe I think.

Nice hotel, good location, great...
Liked: Good location for our dinner engagement. Great breakfast, lots of choices and refilled as needed.
Disliked: Heat/air conditioner was quite noisy

Great Staff, Top notch accommodation,...
Liked: The lady attending the breakfast on the morning of November 12, 2018 was especially keen on customer service. For example, she noticed a young man that seemed unsure about his breakfast choice and she eagerly offered him a bagged take away breakfast if he wanted that. She was always cheerful, smiling and accommodating to all guests.
The front desk staff were also very friendly and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction offering bottled water on numerous occasions.
Although we did not want the room to be made up for our short 2 night stay, the lady who cleaned the rooms for the 4th floor was quite keen on ensuring that we had adequate paper products for our stay.
On Sunday morning, November 11th, the meeting room was opened for the convenience of breakfast guests as the hotel seemed fully booked. I noted a gentleman that I recognized from previous stays that seemed to be a senior manager or possibly the franchisee... he was observing/overseeing the breakfast buffet and actually stepped forward helping guests figure out how to use the amenities.
I have traveled the world over the span of many decades and have rarely observed this level of teamwork excellence in customer service.
Kudos and two thumbs up all around !!
Disliked: the front desk staff did not ask if I was a HH member. Which I am. My bad, I should have mentioned it but... So I went into by account later on and applied for the credit for the stay. No big deal, but I always forget to ask for the points credit which my wife is a bear about getting. The meats at breakfast are a wee bit salty for my taste. Nevertheless, next time in GTA, will be staying here again for sure.
