Liked: Lots
Disliked: The bar pretty much tied us off as we had an Airline food voucher. Still love Hilton though.Great shuttle van driver.

It was ok

Liked: I liked how close it was to The Olive Garden. Thats about it.
Disliked: The shower was inoperable, it wouldn’t turn on. So we could not take a bath or shower. We told them about that to the front desk and they were going to send someone to check but never did.

Passable

Liked: The room was nice enough. The bed comfortable
Disliked: Hotel had a water leak so the hot water was not available. Could not shower. Not the hotels fault really but still effected my stay.

Liked: Good location, great breakfast. The shuttle to spots nearby was great.
Disliked: Was advised we had to call for airport pick up. I tried about 6 times, no answer, on hold for long periods, dropped calls, went back inside, tried the courtesy phone, same, went to Customer Service for help. The fellow there had the same thing happen. He finally reached someone and asked for pick up, he was not sure if they got the info. Waited and waited, called again, reached Alonie, she said some one should be there - should be? Wait time - ? Booked hotel via Booking .com, given a rate, was charged more, ask why, no reason given, told to call Visa. Never ever had this happen before. Would not stay here again because of this.

It wasn't as nice as...

Liked: breakfast
Disliked: check in was delayed by 90 minutes. We needed to return a rental car and were very close to being charged a late fee. The young lady on the front desk didn't seem to care. I felt like because we booked through booking.com and not directly with the hotel website we were the LAST ones to get a room.
