Great location with friendly and helpful staff.
Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The microwave and fridge were an excellent and useful addition to the room.
Disliked: We had a plumbing problem in the room that we were assigned. We reported it to the staff and they were very helpful in moving us to another room. We recommend that the plumbing maintenance gets a little proactive maintenance.

Great stay on the road
Liked: Check in staff (at 1 am) was extremely friendly! The room was big and comfortable.

Bad
Disliked: The door was broken. Staff was well aware of this, yet placed us in the room. Our safety and security was at risk. Luckily, my husband was me. In addition to the door being broken, the bathroom was not clean. When I went to go give my son a bath, I discovered that the stopper would not insert. When I pulled it up, I discovered old hair and broken rubber band in the drain. The hotel agreed to return a refund to the virtual credit card, in which they did, but now booking.com is stating that they can't release the refund to me until the asst. Gm replies to an email. BULL CRAP!! I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN.
