Dirty bathroom

Disliked: The room was sealed stating that it had been cleaned. However there was long hair stuck to the side of the shower wall (I?m bald, so it definitely wasn?t mine)! Bathtub drain is somewhat plugged as shower water built up and drained slowly after washing.

Disliked: Beds were very comfortables. And the room was great.

Excellent service despite 'Rona restrictions!

Liked: The text-message service from (primarily) Kayla. She was so attentive, such a hard worker!
Disliked: Face masks, hardly the hotel's fault! Also wish breakfast buffet was open, but what was in place was more than adequate, and as much food as our family needed! Even microwavable options were provided and tasty :)

Enjoy steamboat

Liked: The staff was very friend, checking in was easy, staff got me refrigerator, and breakfast staff was very nice. A+. Walk to downtown was beautiful, safe n short.
Disliked: Would have enjoyed if hot tubs n pool were open but there is always maintenance or covid. No one's fault there

Liked: The lobby was impressive.
Disliked: At this price, a fridge is a presumption. No fridge.The building was probably designed by a stair salesman. Never seen so many stairs. But nobody cares about that. What matters was the acoustics. Every step, every door, every noise is shared with everybody. All said, this felt very much like a motel masked as a serious hotel. Corners cut everywhere. A little pretense is fun, but this place ranked dead last in value for our entire trip.
