Desk clerk polite when we checked in but missing in action when I came through other times.

Liked: The room was beautiful and clean. The pool was nice breakfast was excellent
Disliked: It was suppose to have a tub but only a shower. The pool was suppose to open at 8 but it didn't open the next day .it was closed when we left at 11. Our paperwork said our check out time was 1:15 but Noone ever told us we thought it was at 11 even though we got there at 7:42 pm .

Ideal location for our attendance...

Liked: Better than most US hotels and even served with real crockery and cutlery

Clean room, comfy bed, no...

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable bed! The front desk agent was extremely nice at check in and helpful.
Disliked: Due to construction there were not a lot of breakfast options...we were told we could go next door and have breakfast for $10. My husband wanted a cup of orange juice at checkout and was told they were out of juice and told he could purchase 1 for $3. Seemed a little inconveniencing and there was no mention of construction or a full breakfast not being available. When you u pay for a room you want the full amenities stated.
