Liked: Location is great, close to Alderwood mall,Shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes to Seattle via carpool lane.
Disliked: The pool was closed the first day of our stay. After that it was so heavily chlorinated it was hard to breath. The third day it was being filled with a hose so the water was cold. We stay with our 2 kids who want to swim as much as possible.

Liked: Loved the location, the renovation (we haven't stayed at the hotel for probably 5+ yrs), how thr pool is 24 hours for adults, breakfast, how the rooms are clean
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: the breakfast is good, the crowd is overwhelmed - a good sign; maybe it can be improved to extend the hours during the busy long weekend or holiday dates.

Liked: Always clean and friendly. The staff were helpful, the breakfast area was nice and seemed well stocked. The front desk staff were able to comp our "parking" fee since I had booked prior to the fee being instituted.
Disliked: The policy for parking changed prior to our arrival and I was informed we would be charged $10 to park. The staff graciously removed the fee since we had booked 2 months prior to fee being issued.
