Liked: Staff was great had a minor incident but was told it would be taken care of. Would like to follow up with that.
Disliked: One of the days we had another family open our door with a key they were given Told they accidentally gave them our room key because we had the same last namesCalled downstairs was given new keys Was told we'd be reimbursed for the day.
