The distance to lagoon made...

Liked: The staff was sweet and the complimentary breakfast was great. The shuttle to the theme park was awesome.
Disliked: The beds were hard and the pillows have got to be some of the worst we’ve used in a hotel. The walls are too thin to keep it quiet. We dealt with sooooooo much noise while there. Didn’t get any rest!

Liked: Location was great and it was easy to come and go. Common area facilities were clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Breakfast was just ok. The first room we were in had a toilet constantly running. The room we were re-located to had holes in the furniture and was very well worn, with the furniture needing to be replaced.

Met expectations. Would stay there...

Liked: Everything about the hotel was fine. Pleasant, helpful staff, acceptable amenities. Not the Ritz, but good value for the money. I'd stay there again,
Disliked: Nothing. I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel, staff or value.

Liked: The property was fine for what we were needing for doctor visits and procedures at the University of Utah..
Disliked: There was a rowdy neighbor all night long and I had all day appointments starting at 5am and then a 3 1/2 hour drive home. And several calls to the front desk didn’t improve the situation
