Clean and generally comfortable but...

Liked: Reliably clean and generally comfortable although one of the two Queen needs seems to be out of repair and was not comfortable. Located in an area with many options for shopping and eating. Safe surroundings and nice to have breakfast option in AM.
Disliked: Floors seem very thin with little sound barrier… with carpet. We were awakened by individual(s) tromping around in room above at 5:40am. and this persisted interrupting our sleep and rest.

Liked: Great breakfast and location.
Disliked: The main entry light didn’t work. The fan, A/C, Heater didn’t work, no hand soap in the bathroom. Noise above all night as if someone was moving furniture.

Disliked: air conditioner is broken，can not be controlled，and shampoo bottle is empty，i think this shouldbe checked everyday

Liked: Was not far from our provincial swimming event. Room was very accessible and with a lot of space for all of us. commodities in the room were very appreciated like having microwave and minifridge as our child is gluten free and we had to prepared food for him.The breakfast was nice when the bacon was present!
Disliked: Toilet mechanism required to be fix as water was not stopping.Hall going to the pool was very noisy will we were trying to rest between swimming events.Could not get more than 1 hr. extra for late check out! So, from 11h am to 12h pm, outside this you add to pay extra!

Fridge and pool

Liked: Location was good.check in was ok. There was confusion about a second bed or pull out.
Disliked: The mini fridge in room 201 didn't work at all. Possibly even warmed things a little, spoiling some medicine. And the pool was unusable due to the amount of chemicals used. Just being in the area would make you choke and eyes burn. Causing our 10 year old to go back on inhalers. There was so much chemical that it turned his hair green and caused mild skin burns on myself. When you have a child at the hotel the most important part of that stay becomes the pool. This was disappointing and we had to find other things to do in the area to entertain him. This already $500 stay ran an extra $200 as a result. I believe that a family stay should come with a heads up if there is an issue with the facilities. There were multiple complaints at the front desk regarding the issue and no one seemed happy with any sort of resolution.

Liked: We love the breakfast and the rooms are spacious.
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like is in the pool area, it felt like the chlorine was a bit strong. I think the pool area needs better ventilation. We ended up not using the pool a lot coz the kids were coughing a lot while we were at the pool.
