Liked: Breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The pool was very dirty, the hot tub wasn’t operating, we requested a refrigerator and they were out also the restaurant was closed.

Liked: Location Bar and food service, nothing fancy but convenient Room very clean and bed comfy
Disliked: It was fine though had to reinforce giving me the Booking.com rate rather than the direct booking hotel rate

Liked: room was spacious, king bed with a sofa bed. king bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Still working on the billing. I was billed more than my agreed upon amount on Booking.com. The bill was not itemized to determine if I was overcharged or not. I was charged for the airport shuttle which was advertised as free. All very disappointing and unexpected. I have yet to resolve this conflict. The front desk person couldn't resolve my questions so now I have to call . . . The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, whereas the regular bed was great.
