Disappointing

Liked: Didn't get much chance to enjoy the facility because we were coming in late, around 10 pm, and needed to be at the airport by 630am. But...
Disliked: I called before booking to confirm that there was an airport shuttle and was told that it was available*"24 hours**. However, when I arrived an hour later, the manager said 3 am was the only opening he had!!!! A pretty important detail he forget to mention while selling the booking. So dishonest and deceitful! So no free breakfast, very little sleep...Just a really poor way to treat regular customers. Lessons learned. Don't trust hotel managers, always confirm everything right down to the details. And the Hampton Inn isn't always the place you can trust.
