Disliked: When we arrived at check in the lady at front desk said the room was not prepaid which I had done with booking.com .. she asked for another form of payment which I paid because I didn’t understand why she was charging me since I had showed her the payment on my business capital one card. She was adamant saying room was not paid and had me repay it ….then I was issued a credit because she said booking.com doesn’t update them with payments …. Very confusing. !!The room was decent not as it was noted on the website as excellent !!! It should say FairI chose this location because it’s review was excellent but that is incorrect and misleading

I would definitely come back...

Liked: It was nice, convenient, breakfast was great.
Disliked: Everything was good.

Liked: The ac worked during the day...we weren't able to set it at night so the first night was 75. The next night (thank you cold front) was 73.
Disliked: That the ac seemed controlled.

Disappointed most of all in...

Disliked: A few issues we had.. that made me disappointed in our stay.. 1-Our mini fridge did not work, after speaking to the front desk about it we were told they were busy and he would try and help out but we never heard back and our leftovers went to waste.2-The WiFi did not work, not a huge deal..but irritating when it is suppose to come with the room. 3-We woke up to ants all on the bathroom counter & inside the sink. In the towels and whatever was left sitting on the counter over night. They had a trail going. Lastly, bring your own drinks..$25 for 5 bottles of drinks was ridiculous. The staff were friendly for most part. The rooms were decent/clean. The pool area was nice and pool was clean. The breakfast was great, a lot of options..
