Great room, really nice hotel. Would definitely stay there again !

Liked: Such friendly staff. The lady looking after the breakfast was terrific!

Liked: Greeted warmly by front desk staff. Check in was smooth. Location to Anthonys restaurant was convenient.
Disliked: Entry smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was subpar with stale french toast, cold eggs and weak coffee.

Disliked: The parking was not good. I needed a stall with elevator access due to a medical condition, but the first floor had limited parking for Hampton Inn patrons. I had to park in the secondary parking which was 2 more floors down and did not have elevator access, only flights of stairs. It was difficult for me to get to my room. I specifically booked a hotel that had a pool for amenities for my exercise but it wasn't working. Peeling wallpaper in room.

Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful place with great views. We felt safe there, hotel was clean, beds were super comfortable! Parking was great. Breakfast person super friendly and keeping things clean and filled.
Disliked: My 3 pre-teen granddaughters and I go ona mini vacation every mid-winter break. I book a hotel with a pool for xtra fun. The Hampton pool was closed for maintenance. The website advertised an indoor pool. We were disappointed. Lady at the desk was not really concerned. She just said she wished all the internet booking sites would have the same info. I will check ahead if trip to confirm that our next hotel has everything they promise.

It was generally very good, but the bed was too hard.

Liked: Breakfast was great, the general atmosphere of the place was excellent. My only complaint was that the bed in my room was horrible. Got no sleep at all. Too hard and lumpy. The pillows were excellent and the location couldn't be beat. I expected it to be a bit noisy as it was in downtown but it was quiet.
Disliked: My bed. Horrible. Too hard and lumpy.
