Disliked: The staff could have been friendlier, but did their jobs just fine.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is in a good location. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. It is on a main road but somewhat hidden so you don't have to deal with the noise from the traffic. I was also checked in fairly quickly.
Disliked: It could use some updates and some cleanliness. The hotel smelled of smoke upon arrival. The elevators are so slow and noisy. My room key was not working had to lug everything back downstairs, I was told I had to turn the knob upwards which was so weird.

Liked: The hotel is wonderful! Excellent staff at check-in, beautiful room, delicious coffee and breakfast.
Disliked: The king bed only had 1 night stand. So I was left to put my drink and phone on the floor!!
