Liked: The location was good for our family. The family was friendly, although some confusion regarding our booking occurred. (It took some discussion before it became clear that my sister and I were in the same room.)
Disliked: I have stayed at Hampton Inns across the United States many times. At the Sturgis, MI site, no information was available about near by restaurants. Since lunch and evening meals are not available at the hotel, it would have been helpful to know what nearby restaurants delivered. I

Disliked: House keepers. Lazy and drinking on the job. Modelo to be exact.The whole time we were here the computer in the lobby didn't work. And still not working.

Liked: Good breakfast. Only thing missing was pancakes
Disliked: Noise in room above ours was terrible. I suggest that when not very busy...separate guests. Don't put one room on top of another roon.

Disliked: Staff not as friendly as some others. Efficient but not many smiles. Preoccupied. Seemed preoccupied and "too busy" though no other customers waiting.
