Nice hotel, great location and...

Liked: We loved the whirlpool tub in our room! The tub was the main reason I booked this particular hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee every morning. The room was spacious and the fridge was good sized. The location was perfect for everywhere we were planning on going.
Disliked: The bed was horrible. The worst bed I’ve ever slept in. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. My back and body hurt every morning I woke up. My husband hurt as well. They should upgrade to pillow top mattresses.

Disliked: We were assigned the wrong room. Hotel was overbooked and I was not made aware of the change.

Disliked: The deposit was not added to the website of cash/ card 200$ (we understand the problem they had) would be nice to know ahead of time and not get hit by it right when we check in . A little inconvenience.

Liked: Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I really liked the soap and lotion dispensers in bathroom rather than individually packed one. Better for the environment. The breakfast was great with variety foods to pick from. Warm eggs omelette, waffles, fruits, grits etc.

Liked: Close to interstate and close to downtown without downtown prices.
