Liked: The breakfast was fine. Surprised it was no restaurant for other meals at this price.
Disliked: I didn't like your cancellation policy. Weather look good before our trip but at the last minute turn terrible and was past the cancellation date. Never have dealt with such an early cancellation date. However I did know about it ahead of time. Was a handicap room but not really handicapped. Can get into details if you wish. TV service was terrible. Antenna only no cable. No fan in the bathroom. No extra amenities like cookies or snacks. One good thing was the shuttle service but we were so tired from traveling or we just drove across the street for the restaurant. Room heater was extremely noisy.

Comfortable, and met expectations

Liked: We have stayed at the Hampton multiple times and it is always the same. That gives us much comfort. The beds in the room are also very comfortable. We love a King size bed.
Disliked: Nothing, It was exactly what we expected.

Passable

Liked: My kids loved having the indoor pool! That kept them busy for a while.
Disliked: My room had a couple beetle like bugs in it. Some of the other guests were very loud throughout the night.
