Liked: Bob at the front desk was very helpfull. He let us know where the close by resturants were. Loved Golden Goose. Clean facilities. Free breakfast. Very Good.Had bottled water drinks and snacks.
Disliked: Or shade in our room was broken and we could not put down. Bob came up and fixed it immediately. Bath tub was scrapped very bad. Looked bad but was clean. There was a bloody spot in the hallway.

Disliked: This property should be torn down. One of the oldest and grossest hotels in Sedona. Between stains, mold, electrical violations, dried pee and uncleanliness it was one of the worst Hilton hotels I've ever seen. I found it funny they had a "Clean Stay" note posted on the mirror right next to the moldy tub/shower. These were just a few of the pics I could have taken. Stay away from this place, your vehicle would be better.

Liked: Breakfast is beyond wonderful and delicious..the staff friendly. Excellent leadership and can't wait to come again!!!

It was okay , but...

Liked: Rooms are very comfortable,housekeeping exceptional. Breakfast: bad staff attitude when mentioned about no eggs or coffee available at 8:45 am.
Disliked: Bad staff attitude at the breakfast

Disliked: Elevator broken AC only the wall unit work the thermostat didn't the bathroom fan broken But booking.com said it 0.5 miles from city center when in fact it was almost 2 miles so I will never stay at Hampton Inn again nor will I use booking.com ever again

Liked: The location was perfect not too busy. We walked a lot of places. We walked to the grocery store we walk to Goodwill we walked to restaurant we walk down to see the sunset.
Disliked: we liked everything about the property.

Passable

Liked: It was in a really good location and the breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The rooms were very outdated. We had to be moved to another room because someone was smoking in the room besides us and the smoke detector keep beeping. Also the elevator was broken during our stay.
