Very good

Liked: Mini omelette was very good & a nice assortment of fruit, yogurts, & pastriesOur room was near the elevators & we didn’t even hear it.
Disliked: Shower cap in bathroom with a few other little bathroom goodies

Works for 1 night travel...

Liked: Right off of 81. Front desk was so kind and gave great recommendations for dinner and activities during our short stay.
Disliked: Pool was closed and that was not something I saw when booking. Also I would not book through booking.com especially with Hilton because price is better through Hilton and we probably would have received an alert about the pool. Kids were really looking forward to that after six hour drive. Construction was going on which wasn’t too bad. We didn’t hear that at all. Window curtains weren’t hung but they did cover windows for us best as they could. Outdoor lights were really bright because we were over the entrance. Loud, heard everything above and below us but could be because we were over the entrance. Breakfast was great. Kids enjoyed.

Disliked: Pool was not open due to renovation. It was the main reason for booking this particular place.

Gonna be top tier when...

Liked: Breakfast was awesome, especially the attendant! Front desk staff was gracious and informative (read next comment). The parts of the facility that had already been renovated were clean and functional. Water pressure in the room was great; nice to get that strong, hot shower in before bedtime.
Disliked: Front desk immediately noticed I had booked 3rd party, so she quickly pointed out that the hotel was being renovated and was under construction (not mentioned by Booking.com, but she assured me had I made the reservation through Hilton, I would have been better informed) and some of the finishing touches had yet to arrive. Fairly strong smell of paint present not just in the halls, but also in the room, which made staying asleep a bit challenging for me.
