Hotel great; receptionist professional; staff very courteous.
Liked: Clean rooms; exceptional staff!
Disliked: Low point was not having correct info for 1 night stay that was booked a month in advance.

Very disappointing!!
Liked: the staff was friendly and kind
Disliked: We always choose Hampton Inn for travel, this was by far the worst property we experienced. It was dirty, dingy, and in desperate need of a makeover. Please attend to this property!! GROSS

I had a great time
Liked: Staff was very friendly, helpful. Convenient location to where I had to go to attend function
Disliked: I dont know if it was a rule but my bed was not made properly, I found trash that wasnt picked up
