Very poor

Liked: Breakfast was really good and accommodating.
Disliked: The front desk ladies were extremely rude and did not make anyone feel welcome when we walked in. She had a straight face the whole time and we had to call the front desk on the phone multiple times to even get her to come out to the desk. Just very rude.

Disliked: I was notntold they were under construction. The room was not worth the large payment. I was in town for an unexpected funeral. Spent most of my time with family in friends. Didn't really use the room. The price was wayyyyy to much

Awful Valentine's Day experience

Disliked: It was advertised as having a whirlpool tub and there is none the shower had no hot water and there was no heat in the room, told lady at front desk she offered to move me to another room she then gave me the master key to the entire hotel to go check the room alone and when I entered the new room at 11:45 to check the room there was someone already in the room who proceeded to try and attack me upon returning to front desk and trying to explain to lady what just happened to me she began to get very nasty with me for her not following policy

Disliked: Entire place was a disaster elevator looked like someone took a baseball bat too it. Room was tired old lumpy. Lampshade bent and cracked curtains falling tub rusted a real dump

We had a clean renovated...

Liked: Hotel was being renovated but we were not told when booking. There were work rooms right across from our room. We should have received a reduced rate .
Disliked: Notified us of construction. Reduced room rate

Adequate for one night.

Liked: Fine
Disliked: They are in the middle of a renovation and there was debris everywhere. Inside and outside, I'm sure it would have been fine otherwise.
