We stayed two nights and from check in until check out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and quiet. We would stay there again.

Exceptional

It's a basic hotel it's...

Liked: It was just a standard hotel room nothing fancy.
Disliked: When arriving the check in staff did not understand English or speak very clearly. They also did not know to how to give the Veterans we were traveling with their discount. We had requested adjoining rooms which was avaat this hotel so we requested side by side rooms ( several months in advance) we were put several rooms down the hall apart. Also our room had a random wet spot but with the language barrier at check in and given the time we just went to bed as we were checking out first thing to move to our room on Disney property.
