Excellent service - the ladies at the desk were very helpful and knew the surrounding area; the room was very clean and comfortable; the breakfast was great. Will be going back.

Liked: Boxes in hallways, old linens left outside elevator for both days. Staff not friendly. Hot water in bathroom took a long time to come through.
