Liked: Free parking, breakfast included and front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There is nothing negative to add.

In a terrible state
Disliked: The conditions at the hotel were quite poor. Busy due to close proximity to the airport. Only 1 of 2 elevators working; the one in working condition seemed to be on its last legs. WiFi not working on arrival and despite desk assurance that it was being worked on remained unavailable for the entire 3 days. Air conditioner in the room stopped working mid stay. Moved to another room; then the key mechanism stopped working in the new room. Some ice machines out of order. Staff was friendly and attempted to be helpful but considering the demands of the many frustrated guests they were very understaffed. Very poor value

It was ok kind off,
Liked: Hi, Staff was rude with the people both manager and breakfast server, also during break fast only one staff will be there and she will be running allover, small place for break fast, people will be struggling to find the place. Even manager was unprofessional, please get them some soft skill training.
Disliked: Behavior of staff during break fast, also manager was rude some times. I was there in Hampton INN in phoenix for 6 month, that experience was too too good, if you compare between Newark and Phoenix , i would suggest be like Phoenix not like Newark. Thanks for your feedback request.
