Liked: Location and size and cleanliness of the room were excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast area and breakfast were terrible. Not enough number of tables, not clean. Breakfast was full of carbohydrates. Plastic plates and utensils are a NO NO.

Liked: Desk staff were very helpful re places to eat the first evening. The room was very clean. My son, who came in from CA, loved the view of the ESB. Loved the cookies! Staff replaced the coffee & hot water urns as soon as empty.
Disliked: Well, the breakfast self serve was a bit chaotic. People don't read "Breakfast starts here" sign. Maybe additional plates could be placed before the hot food? We missed out on the bacon Saturday morning, sausage patties were ok.Hard to get to juice dispenser with kids mixing juices, not fault of hotel.
