Liked: Safety for customers and cleaned room.
Disliked: the price be reasonable for coming back many times.

Very good
Liked: Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. On a busy intersection, but fairly easy to access by car and quiet rooms.
Disliked: Only 1 chair in the room. Area between foot of beds and credenza was narrow. It was acceptable for a stay of one night.

I hoped for a relaxing,...
Liked: I thought the staff was very kind and helpful to their ability. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety.
Disliked: Our blinds were broken. Maintenance came in immediately to try to fix them but couldn't so I just had him shut them all the way. But then the next morning we couldn't open them back up. We had major issues with our toilet. The front desk woman tried to assist but she said they have problems all the time and I can either continue to jangle the flusher handle and hope for the best or switch rooms. We were already completely unpacked, in our pajamas and I was with my 5 year old. Switching rooms would have been difficult for us and completely uprooted our plans for the night. Maintenance was gone for the night so we opted to stay and hope for the best. The toilet continuously would clog throughout our stay. We went to the pool Friday night which was nice and clean. We went again after breakfast on Saturday morning and were surprised to see it dirty and hardly any towels left to use.

The location is great and...
Liked: The location is great and convenient. If you want to visit the lighthouse, the Harley Davidson museum, the domes or art museum you’re only 25 min away. But the local restaurant and stores is only 3 min. Definitely worth the stay other than the bed being super hard! We ordered pizza the first night we were there but went and picked it up. The cheese curds weren’t good but the pizza was -
Disliked: The bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable!

Easy and enjoyable.
Liked: Front Desk Manager, called me to reconfirm my reservation when she thought I hadn't completed booking. That was very considerate. I did not get a chance to thank her in person.
Disliked: All good.
