Everything was nice the staff...

Liked: Every thing was nice .
Disliked: The people greeting you when you walk into in and helping you get to where you trying to go

Overall, the hotel is good...

Liked: Great location, good room service, relatively spacious rooms.
Disliked: We were given a unsatisfactory room (small bed and broken shower) and had to wake up a receptionist to get a different room. Also, the breakfast stayed the same all week with minimal options.

Very good

Liked: Location was good. The place was very clean and organized. Easy to walkthrough and staff explained the facilities well.
Disliked: Room was next to an elevator so I could hear when it was in use. Could also hear outdoor noise.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Location was hard to find. The room’s window was off its hinges so a heavy draft was coming into the room. Then, a ceiling light fixture just fell, cracking the dome to the light onto the floor at the entrance to the room

Liked: Clean room but too small bathroom sliding door difficult to open and close dirty windows but room was clean breakfast very good staff very nice
Disliked: Size of room, open and close bathroom door sliding door stuck thermostat in bedroom not working couldn't charge my phone dirty windows
