The perfect hotel to stay at if you are going to the CIBC Theater or if you are going to spend time in that area. Has excellent restaurants and shopping in the area. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Liked: The hospitality was excellent and the cleanliness of the room. The access to the theater was key.

We were thrilled that the hotel was in the same building as the CIBC Theatre, as the convenience did not really sink in until we actually got there! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was tasty and convenient. A very positive experience to add to a wonderful show!

Liked: The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean as well.
Disliked: The elevator took forever and was very small. Breakfast wasn't good and the room was small and very crowded.

Great place and location

Liked: Breakfast was basic hot breakfast. It was good, but nothing fabulous. Admon was so friendly anytime we saw him or interacted with him. He is a great asset to the hotel.

Perfectly Located City Hotel

Liked: Location: Perfect 10/10 easy to access from Airport blue line train. Easy to reach city attractions by means of buses, metro, or plain walk. Check-in & out: For Hilton honors guest there is a complimentary water bottle etc.Personnel: Overall kind and helpful 8/10Room: Large enough and comfortable. A/C works well. Cleaning was ok 9/10.Security: 10/10Overall: our experience was 8,5/10 and we may consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips to Chicago.
Disliked: Check-in & out: The lady at reception was at first glance a little bit annoying, other than that smooth and quick 7/10.Breakfast: We liked it, a little bit better than American standards, however there is a room for certain improvement 7/10.

Not for claustrophobes

Disliked: This a trap !Great location, extra clean room, very friendly and helpful personnel.But the room had only two small windows up high on the wall. It felt like spending the stay in a basement. And it came as a surprise.Too bad, all the other aspects were 5 stars.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. One morning, the orange juice was very slightly orange-colored water.The paper cups in the room were a sad alternative for glass. The room was very dark and gloomy. Hardly any light.

Disliked: Disposable single use knife fork spoon cups plates and bowls for breakfast service. This does not meet my environmental sustainability efforts.

Liked: Everything was great in this accommodation. The room was big and confortable, all the staff members with who we interact were very friendly, and the location is perfect, specially if you want to move from Chicago using public transportation. I definitely recommend this hotel.
