It was a quick stay,...
Liked: The location was easy to get to.The overall appearance was nice and the room was basic, but comfortable.I would return to this property.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, nothing terrible, but nothing great.

Liked: The hotel manager was exceptional. I believe her name was Julie. The cleanliness of the hotel, dining area and our room were tops. The lobby was very nice if you wanted to just sit and relax in it with family or friends.

Will never stay here again.
Liked: Waited for 2 hours, called corporate and the GM several times —no one was working!! Finally a woman emerged from leaving one of the rooms and claims she had been there the whole time at the desk. There were 3 other families waiting besides mine. We had searched the entire building! Once getting my room, it was dirty. Streaks in the toilet, hair in the shower, etc. after taking my kids swimming we come back and the smoke detector is chirping. Took 30 minutes to find someone at the desk and they couldn’t fix it. We had to switch rooms! The second room had dirty garbages and no towels. Luckily we brought our own sheets & pillows because by this time it was late and we were exhausted.
