It did the job, but...

Liked: Breakfast was Fabulous. The staff was very nice. Lots of Parking. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The room was very small and a bit outdated.

The light switch to turn...

Liked: One day there was no milk for the cereal provided. When I asked where the milk was the reply was it hadn’t been delivered. Yet 2 miles down the road was a huge food shop. “Some people like dry cereal” was the comment. Not helpful.
Disliked: Heating in the room was broken. We were offered another room but my wife required a roll in shower. This was the only room in the hotel which suited my wife’s needs. The adjustment for the temperature of the shower was nearly 6 feet up the wall, way beyond my wife’s reach. The shower seat was hanging off the wall when we arrived. A shower seat was provided but the rubber feet slipped on the wet smooth tile floor! My wife used her own wheelchair to get a shower for safety which git wet!

Disliked: Did have a problem checkingin,I usually book with booking.com and all I say is my name and I'm checked in,clerk kept telling me even after I showed him conformation number that there was no record of my reservation,Told him to call manager and Aiden I think that was his name did and manager told him how to do it over phone,I think he wasn't trained on how to do booking.com
