I loved the guys who drove the shuttle but otherwise I don't think I will return to the hotel.

Liked: Very large rooms and a nice shower for people with mobility issues. Also the shuttle service for near the hotel was excellent.
Disliked: No ice; no way to get to the airport except a very expensive car service.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Walking distance to ballpark and restaurants.
Disliked: Room was great. Really roomy. Bed a little uncomfortable. But overall great hotel

Disliked: I booked 1 bed, was given 2 beds in a room. Tried to speak with reception but they mentioned that 1 booked via 3rd party (booking.com) and that this is not their issue.

Liked: Nicely appointed and comfortable hotel, staff generally friendly. Very clean room etc
Disliked: We were just staying one night. Hotel policy checkout is 12:00. At 08:45 (we were resting after 2 long days) housekeeping knocked on the door and almost entered before one of is had chance to get to the door, asking what time we were checking out. Not good.Also, the included breakfast was OK. Very disappointed to see the hotel using PLASTIC cutlery. A massive waste of single use plastic. Hilton can do better than this!!!Please pass on to the hotel.
