A decent Hotel

Liked: Very busy. A decent place to spend a night. Very helpful young lady working the desk upon arrival.
Disliked: No Complaints.

Liked: Great! Staff were very friendly. The breakfast lady's were awesome. Super friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The hotel is showing its age and could use a renovation. I'd give it a 80%. There were a few cracks in the drywall, a leak above my window, and a few other minor things in the room that could be better.

Liked: The beds, breakfast, and I really like the big pump bottles in the bathroom. That's convenient. Staff told us about the Arkansas Derby. We went and had a blast. Thank you. If I travel I will definitely stay with Hampton Inn again. I booked through booking. Com. I'll call the hotel myself to book to see about getting a senior discount. Thank you all..

Liked: I had an amazing experience at the Hampton. The customer service was outstanding, and the breakfast hostess was Beyond amazing.I was so pleased with the service I received from the staff,I was happy I chose to stay at this hotel.
Disliked: I felt the room was a bit small.

Property and room was clean...

Liked: This was a very nice property and clean. It is close to many attractions around the city. Breakfast had many options and coffee to drink!
Disliked: The parking lot was full. The room was quite warm on arrival although I got there after my expected arrival.
