Very disappointing

Liked: It’s location
Disliked: Service. I was placed at the furthest possible suite. Staff sent us with luggage thru construction zone. No working phone. No information to access internet. No welcome bag for pet. No friendly greeting.

It was clean and just...

Liked: The room was clean and the location was convenient
Disliked: The property is undergoing extensive renovation. It felt like staying in a construction zone. The building itself is not the greatest-low ceiling and winding halls with only one elevator-and that won’t change with the renovation. I am sure the updated rooms will be an improvement-but I wouldn’t stay there again until the renovation is complete,

Disappointed, not the usual Hampton...

Liked: Breakfast was good, ample parking. Close to things to do. Staff was polite and nice
Disliked: Not what we expected from a Hampton inn. It looked like another hotel that was converted to a Hampton inn. Not nearly as nice as other Hampton s we’ve stayed at.
