Didn’t stay as hotel was...

Liked: The location was close to Godwin Heights and that is where I needed to be.
Disliked: Didn’t get to stay there as the hotel was overbooked and my room was given to someone else. Very disappointed.

It's so so

Liked: The staff was amazing and so kind. The location is convenient and there are plenty of stores and restaurants around!
Disliked: If you are going to be "Pet" friendly then please do a better job at making sure those who do bring pets don't leave them in their rooms all day while at their child's competition where other guests have to listen to their barking all morning starting at 7 am. 🙄 Also had to rush out of hotel as there was alot of smoke and 911 was called (not their fault) but that's not why I'm disappointed, breakfast was a JOKE no bagels, no cereal, there was runny eggs, spongey sausage, 1 toaster, 1 waffle machine for the whole hotel and some dry muffins. The staff made the stay tolerable, the gentleman that worked overnight on 4/20-4/21 was the best and deserves a raise! Your staff are why I even would consider staying again!

Great place and great location

Liked: The staff was amazing, and so was the location. Everything I did activities wise was right around there, and so were the stores like meijers and walmart. Great location
Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer due to returning to work

The stay was great but...

Liked: The location, breakfast, cleanliness of the property, and the comfortable bed.
Disliked: I had to wait 3 hours to check in and the first front desk person was very unhelpful.

Liked: This hotel is close to all places we wanted to go.
Disliked: There is a car wash behind the hotel and you can hear the vacuums until it closes. There was hair on the bedspread. Tvs are not smart tv or compatible.

Liked: The location of the hotel was around lots of walking distance food places and near the place were my daughter cheer competition was.
Disliked: In my room there was some type of sauce, maybe BBQ sauce on the wall.And behind the curtain was trash....The pillows were yellow, the pillow cases were stained....I was too exhausted to go back down to complain, pregnant and dealing with my other children on the road, I was in no mood to deal with the back and fourth abiut the room not being cleaned.
