Liked: The location wS the one good thing about the hotel.
Disliked: We were grossly overcharged for our stay.The room was not updated and the rug, dingy

Overall good.

Liked: Brakefast was good. But lot more can be done to improve the brakefast service.
Disliked: There could have been more variety. Refills should have been faster.

Liked: The linens were clean and it was close to our final destination.
Disliked: Our bathroom had mold in it, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk most of the time, and the continental breakfast was below my expectation.

Liked: The Breakfast was hot and good. The air conditioning in the room was nice too. The shower also had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. If you forgot to pack anything they would give you it. They also had on site laundry and dry cleaning if you needed it.
Disliked: There were 3 lights out on our first night there, thankfully they fixed it the night after. There were also pills on the floor from a previous guest that I couldn't get to but my kids kept going after.That said if you have kids be careful, the beds have metal pieces sticking out and my kid fell and slashed her forehead on it.

Only stayed one night, so...

Liked: Location was perfect - wish we could have had a view of Seneca Lake from our window instead of the back parking lot.Easy walk to town and staff were courteous - check-in and out were very easy.
Disliked: Ice machine on the first floor was broken and the fitness center was pretty sparse.
