Found this place online through ConcertHotels.com. We wanted a place to stay after a concert at Alpine Valley. It really fitted the bill. Great place; nice room; friendly staff; free breakfast buffet (oatmeal was tasty and the biscuits were heaven) : what more do you need? But let me tell you about the bed - OMG, it was the best bed I have ever slept on. Ditto for the pillows. Also, everything was very clean. Will definitely book a room here again for the next concert, or whenever we need to be in the area. Really lovely. Thanks!

Disliked: The staff changed our reservations prior to check-in and did not notify us of the change. Also, attempted to charge a higher quoted rate for a subpar room. They offered no apologies and passed the buck the blame.

Liked: I am very disappointed in the manner that my reservation was not fulfilled correctly. One of the rooms I booked was swapped out without notification and then I was subsequently charged a higher rate for a lower rated room.
Disliked: The staff could have communicated to me regarding the room swap and offer some form of apology but this did not happen.
