Shouldn’t be Opened

Liked: The bed was satisfactory.
Disliked: The motel attendant wasn’t very accommodating. The elevator kept stopping on the 3rd floor and should be serviced. The location is near a strip club and prostitution is evident. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night because patrons kept smoking in the rooms which were listed as nonsmoking. I felt unsafe because some stranger banged on the door several times in the middle of the night. Room service never knocked on the door therefore room wasn't ever cleaned. My spouse went to the front desk to ask for towels and was refused. Later he went back and insisted on clean towels and was successful in getting some. The room phone was inoperable, and several of the lamps were the same. Finally, the refrigerator needed to be defrosted. It wouldn’t stay closed. I recommend you remove it from your list. It’s not a safe place.

Not for a family to...

Liked: Well I understand there was some renovations needed and in the process. I didn't appreciate, the stains in our sheets, the carpet was stained and there is a water smell. Our ac worked praise Jahova. The breakfast could have been better too. It's behind a gentleman's club so you just have to be careful.
Disliked: My sheets were stained, had them changed. Fridge had melted ice-cream in the freezer, carpet dirty and room smelled molded or like water.

Decent for a 2 night...

Liked: Quiet room and convenient location to the convention center
Disliked: Weird smell on the hallway, the elevator works but with kinda scary moves and the TV remote was missing

I will stay there again

Disliked: Roaches all in the restroom and breakfast was terrible

Bad

Liked: Location is very convenient for me.
Disliked: They initially assigned me a room with a malfunctioning AC and a security alarm that kept going off. After lodging a complaint, they moved me to a different room. However, there was no daily cleaning or towel change service. On the bright side, the location is excellent!

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was courteous and helpful
Disliked: Construction noise in the a.m., interstate noise, in a run down area.
