Over priced, great staff, convenient...

Liked: Great staff that could not have been more accommodating. They went e snd beyond the call of duty to help
Disliked: Under extensive construction, no warning. Hotel missing basics like vending machines. Rooms were comfortable and clean but lacked amenities as basic as a box of tissues. Plastic knives and forks, paper plates, paper cups at breakfast were low budget motel level stuff. The well over $200 per night I paid at this hotel should have meant much better quality of physical environment amenities even in the midst of construction. Great staff did their best to make up for what is lacking in the physical provision

Liked: Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. Great location, close to St Leo University. Room was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: We were advised it was undergoing renovations when I called to advise we would be checking in late. The person offered us a free upgrade to a newly renovated king size room so we accepted and there weee issues in it with poor workmanship.
