Absolutely unprofessional service!

Liked: Absolutely nothing, it was closed when we got there!
Disliked: The doors were locked and hotel was closed when we arrived from 5 hours away. There was NO noticed or warning from the hotel about this and I had PRE PAID. So I am expecting a FULL REFUND!! Very unprofessional behavior and I will never being staying in any other Hampton Inns anywhere!

Liked: One of the best I've had at many Hamptons. The biscuits and sausage gravy were the highlight.
Disliked: Easier access from I 90.

The hotel was adequate for...

Liked: Location right off the interstate. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room felt old and rundown. The carpeting was downright ugly. The window treatment would not operate up or down (I informed the front desk when we checked out). It would have been nice to take a relaxing dip in their pool, but it was closed for repairs. I chose the hotel because of the indoor pool and feel I should have been charged a reduced rate. ☹️
