Good

Liked: Staff was pleasant. Surrounding area had good places to eat.
Disliked: No indoor pool. Water was cold, I had to wait for the hot water to come through.

I’ve been there twice recently...

Liked: Friendly front desk, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Once again my only small complaint is the elevator. 1 is still out of order, and the other is a little wonky. I’m a little weary of the elevators, so maybe that just me.

Not so good

Liked: The beds where comfortable
Disliked: The breakfast was very bad, poor quality food. My children could not eat anything there. We had to buy breakfast somewhere else . The place smells like cigarettes.

Bad

Disliked: They charged my credit card 5 times for the same room and when I said something about it they said it was normal for them to do this the staff are a bunch of crooks

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean and great customer service.

Disliked: Elevators were not working and electricity went out a few times. The walls are very thin so all noise is heard and not muffled. Dining area was very small and very crowded. It was difficult to get any breakfast. Im sorry I booked this hotel.

Liked: Overall seemed like a clean place that I’d stay at again.
Disliked: Only thing that I didn’t like was the elevator seemed wonky. That makes me nervous. Would’ve rather took the stairs.
