Disliked: Housekeeping was non existent we spent 4 nights without anyone tending to room. Asked twice no one showed, we are neat so we keep the room picked up. But no towels, had to go to front desk or just take them off a cart in hallway. Had to empty our own trash in elevator lobby garage can every day

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. They couldn’t have been better! The rooms were clean and the value was great!
Disliked: From the time we got there, everything kept breaking. There was so much stuff in the closet that we couldn’t hang out clothes without removing it! The toilet kept breaking and the room very tired looking ! The curtain was closed by pushing a button and it took us over 5 minutes to get it closed. There were no directions in the room on how to use the room darkening shade! They couldn’t unlock the gym door so we weren’t able to use the gym. The staff tried everything they could do but to no success! They finally got it open the next day! We were charged a higher price than what we agreed upon with booking.com. They did this to each of the family members.!
