Disliked: The staff was unprofessional, every one was on their phones constantly and not doing anything to help people. The maids never cleaned or tidied our room the whole stay, we did our own, and we were there for 3 days. They told us they couldn’t make our bed because my grand daughter had a stuffed animal on it and they couldn’t remove it to make it. Also, the maintenance guy stood outside and smoked the whole time we were there or was hanging on his phone leaning on the desk and there was plentyOf thing that needed to be done. Then when we asked for something his attitude was rude. It’s a shame to have suck a nice hotel and terrible staff.
