Disliked: We did not like the restaurant. The food was just OK? THe service was terrible and the servers were not friendly. Also, it would have been nice if they turned on the lights in the dining room. It looked closed.

A-ok but pricey.
Liked: Met my expectations. A little pricey, but it's Boston.
Disliked: Booking.com was difficult to communicate with. I will try a different hotel service next time. A -ok.

This hotel was awesome.
Liked: The breakfast was good, the front desk employees were warm and helpful. Very nice hotel.
Disliked: There was a snowstorm, but that's no fault of hotel.

Liked: The Hotel was so clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and it was great having coffee available throughout the day. Hotel restaurant was amazing, food was great.
Disliked: Our stay didn?t get off to great start. We had just off loaded our 7 bags of luggage from the taxi at 4:30 AM, and were trying to get them onto a Hotel Kart to take to our room. We became aware of a guy next to the main door watching us as he smoked his cigarette. We got inside when he came in behind us. He worked at reception in the Hotel. Would have been nice to have helped.

Liked: This was a fantastic place! Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for their customers. Clean facility and well worth the price. We would 100% stay here again. Dwayne and his staff were phenomenal!
