Liked: The dinner options and the drinks at the bar were great and delicious! Friendly staff!
Disliked: My family was really disappointed to find out that the hot tub was undergoing maintenance:(((( I booked this hotel BECAUSE it has a hot tub. Huge disappointment! Especially for my children.

Great standard hotel. Good value...

Liked: The coffee was good. The room size was great. The breakfast, although very busy and we struggled to get a seat at times, it had a good variety.But when you ask three different members of staff if breakfast will start earlier on Marathon day to be told 3 different times. This is frustrating and annoying and not great for runners' prep. So future going forward, please have one time and communicate.
Disliked: The shuttle service. Was unreliable and not well communicated. Not told prior to arrival, so paid for Uber? Despite several attempts to call at train station for collection, they either didn't answer at the hotel, hung up, or then took over an hour on two occasions to arrive.
