Disliked: Pillows too soft , low water pressure, noise on our side of building from turnpike, getting a different type room than our confirmation stated

Disliked: Reservation cancellation was inquired, prior communication included verbal confirmation from a male representative. Detailed discussion, entailed charge stated as follows, definitely confirming implied cancellation related fee, "One night's charge." Acknowledging incurred unavoidable charge, I expressed expected callback later in the day. Debits occurred including two debits of $205 exactly. An email was received implying cash transaction, contradicting any debits confirmed prior.

Liked: We were only given one option when booking the room. We didn’t need the handicap room and asked if we could switch, but were declined.
Disliked: Not as nice of a breakfast as the one we stayed in at Altoona a few days before.
