Nice hotel clean and bright

Disappointed

Disliked: The wifi and the television went out Sunday so for my whole 2nd day I had no wifi or television which changed the mood of my whole stay from great and comfortable to fair and uneasy and disappointing

Beware of hidden charges. Room...

Liked: The room was nice. Carpet was beat. Bathroom very impressive and beds are comfortable. All in all a nice room.
Disliked: There is a large hidden charge that is not on the reservation process nor in the policies. While it is understandable that a fee may be due for any charged directly to the customer for damage or missing items, it does not say how much and what that process is. Other hotel chains generally charge this way but only $25-$20 and some just include it in the agreement that any damage will be charged to the card on file. HOWEVER, surprise, when we checked in we had another $150 charged to our account for "incidentals". This results in the loss of $150 available funds on the card, which in our case put a crimp on the vacation plans. Not everyone has a bottomless pit of available funds and this one surprised us. There is nothing at all about this on your website or rates page. As of now, I am out of $150 while I wait for the hold to be released by the bank because of this. Very unhappy on the lack of transparency from a chain like Hilton.

Ok nice place but not...

Liked: Everything except the price of that little room and the lie it was queen size bed those beds were full size small room cost to much to be that small if your in bathroom to come out you must find out if anybody in closet if so be careful not to close them in one door operated bathroom and closet

Liked: The room was modern and clean. The front staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I didn't like being woken up by housekeeping at 10:30 when my alarm was set for 11:30 because check-out was at 12.

Great Experience

Liked: We went away for a mini vacation in NJ. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast had a good selection of food, particularly turkey sausage. The room, lobby & pool were clean and exactly as the pictures online. They had a Peleton bike and other equipment in the gym, which was very clean. I had a wonderful time and would definitely return again and recommend to others.
