Disliked: That my key to room didn't work, my husband had to tk stairs 3 times to get key, the Mattress was terrible usually we hv a great experience..was sent email for upgrade accepted but was told no upgrade once I got there??

This hotel is convenient but...

Liked: The location is great and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our tub dripped. Maintenance came up and said it was fixed but it was not. The maintenance man had smoked something prior to entering the room so it left a bad smell when he left. Had to listen to tub drip throughout the night. There was hair in the tub. Also the building looks run down. Part of the floor was missing by the elevator. I wish we had free WiFi. My co-worker needed it to do some work. She had to use her hotspot instead.
