For the money, we felt this was VERY high on our list of positive accommodations! Clean; well kept rooms; personable staff; very satisfied with our stay. Wonderful hot breakfast with much more than pastries and coffee. Will definitely stay again - good for Hampton!

Liked: Clean except for large spots on couch that u had to cover with sheets. The staff was courteous with answering questions
Disliked: Sheets were not provided for sofa bed, indoor poor was cold, had no towels and pool area not maintained, dirty towels everywhere. Breakfast was mediocre with steamed turkey sausage and eggs, limited pastries and only two waffle makers that u had to wait in line a half hour for. There were only two towels in rm at checkin and had to ask for more. Night before leaving drunk guy outside room door trying to get in and banging on door. Did not feel safe with 2 kids.

A truly relaxing vacation.

Liked: Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was so clean and comfortable. I felt at home. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about my stay. Sorry can't complain about anything. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: I always check the mattresses before I get in the bed. Upon pulling the sheets back I was met with hair and stains. Not just one piece of hair but at least 8. All different lengths, textures, colors. I took photos, and asked to be moved to a different room. Once in the new room I did the same thing. The mattress was okay but the 3 of the 4 pillows had stains on them, makeup on two of them and a burn hole on the third. There was also a bug on the ceiling above the bed. The staff was accommodating in regard to moving my room and also switching out the pillows, however the beds should NEVER be presented that way. I was completely disgusted, and watched to just not stay there but I didn’t really have a choice.

Liked: I had to changes roooms twice first room water didn’t get cold second rooms sheets was dirty was crumbs in sheets when I turned it back they wanted to change my room but I said no just change the sheets
